Chantel Yearwood, originally from Miami, FL has been with Renewal Rehab since 2012 and currently works with us as a licensed Physical Therapist and Clinical Director at our Wesley Chapel office. She received her bachelors in Athletic Training at Florida Gulf Coast University and obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. She loves motivating and inspiring others beyond their barriers, which led her to pursue a career in physical therapy.
Wendi Wade is a Native Floridian. Wendi graduated from South University and has been a licensed PTA since 2014. She joined Team Renewal December of 2015. Wendi enjoys treating her patients and watching them progress and meet their goals. She also loves spending time outdoors and being with her family and friends.
Originally born in Chicago, Illinois, Homer Alibutod moved to Daytona Beach, Florida at the tender age of 8. Since growing up alongside alligators and cicadas, he attended the University of South Florida - Tampa, where he received his Bachelor's of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Natural Sciences. Wanting to further pursue his career and dream in the field of physical therapy, he graduated from South University and has now worked as a licensed PTA at Renewal Rehabilitation since early September 2018. He is very high energy, and very motivated to see his patients' goals met and exceeded. When he's not in the clinic, you can most likely find him at your local craft beer brewery, or the nearest dog park with his two amazing canines.
Jessica is the patient coordinator at Wesley Chapel. She joined Renewal February 2018 after moving down from New York. She started as a patient after having shoulder surgery and after two months of PT joined our team.
Jessica loves the outdoors, road trips with her husband, basketball and relaxing with her dogs.
